The St. Carlo ("Service") is a done-for-you website design and development service operated by Mary Milagros LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing our Service, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms of Service.
Your purchase includes:
After purchase, you will receive an intake form to provide information about your business. Website development begins after we receive your completed intake form. Most websites are delivered within 5–7 business days of receiving a completed intake form, though timelines may vary. You will receive a preview link for review before launch.
One round of revisions is included with your purchase. A "round" consists of a single set of consolidated feedback submitted within 7 days of receiving your preview link. Additional revisions or design changes after delivery are available as a separate service.
We provide free hosting for your website on enterprise-grade infrastructure (currently Netlify). This hosting is included at no additional cost for the lifetime of the service. In the event that hosting costs become unsustainable due to extraordinary traffic volumes (significantly exceeding what is typical for a solopreneur website), we reserve the right to discuss alternative arrangements with you. We will always provide reasonable notice before any changes to hosting terms.
You own all content you provide (text, images, logos). We retain ownership of the underlying code framework and design system. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your completed website. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose the website code as a template or product.
Payment is due at the time of purchase via our payment processor (currently SamCart). All payments are processed in USD. Payment plans are available and must be completed in full per the agreed schedule. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of website delivery. If you are not satisfied with your website within 30 days of delivery, we will work with you to make it right or provide a full refund. Refund requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible.
Missed payments: If a payment plan installment is missed, we will send a reminder. If payment is not resolved within 14 days of the missed installment, we reserve the right to suspend website hosting until the remaining balance is paid in full. Website files will be retained for 60 days following suspension, after which they may be permanently removed.
Partial payments: Payments already made on a payment plan are non-refundable, as the full service (design, copywriting, and development) is delivered upon completion of your website. If hosting is suspended due to missed payments, you may restore your website at any time by paying the remaining balance.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business opportunities. We do not guarantee specific business results from having a website.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if the website is used for content that is illegal, hateful, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful. If we terminate service, we will provide your website files so you can host elsewhere.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
